How I Can Help You

services i offer:

Techniques like Tui Na and myofascial release work on relieving muscle tension and improving structural alignment, while acupressure and Shiatsu balance the body’s energy flow, promoting relaxation and vitality. Addressing primary lesions with lymphatic drainage therapy can enhance circulation and detoxification, aiding in recovery and boosting the immune system.

Meanwhile, craniosacral and brain therapy focus on calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and supporting mental clarity. Yoga complements these practices by enhancing flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, whether in a group or individual setting. Together, these therapies empower individuals to achieve a state of balance and harmony, fostering both physical and emotional well-being.

Let’s get you back to living your best life!

The Process

How It Works

Assessment & Evaluation

Involves thorough assessment techniques to identify areas of restriction and dysfunction before treatment

Holistic Approach

Emphasizing the interconnectedness of the body’s systems, we recognize how visceral, neural, fascial, and lymph, muscular, and circulatory systems influence one other.

Gentle Touch

Using light, specific touch to engage with the various tissues and facia we are targeting; facilitating change without excessive force. (Clients remain fully clothed.)

my story

About Me

Rooted in the rhythms of the Driftless Region, I offer manual therapy and yoga as tools to reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom. My work is guided by a deep respect for the healing power of touch, movement, and presence—supporting others as they grow, unwind, and return to balance on their wellness path.

Beyond my work, I find joy and grounding while hiking in the natural world and in the quiet connection I share with my horse, Zen, through the practice of horsemanship.

Did You Know...

There are over

0

Muscles in our body that we use almost constantly.

There are up to

0

Lymph Nodes in the human body that are a key part of our immune system.

There are around

0

Ligaments that help connect bones, joints and organs and hold them in place within the body.

In other words, we are all beautifully complex, and deserve a holistic, nuanced approach to healing.
