I am a Wisconsin licensed and nationally certified (NCBTMB) Massage Therapist/Bodyworker with quite a few related areas of expertise.
Techniques like Tui Na and myofascial release work on relieving muscle tension and improving structural alignment, while acupressure and Shiatsu balance the body’s energy flow, promoting relaxation and vitality. Addressing primary lesions with lymphatic drainage therapy can enhance circulation and detoxification, aiding in recovery and boosting the immune system.
Meanwhile, craniosacral and brain therapy focus on calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and supporting mental clarity. Yoga complements these practices by enhancing flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, whether in a group or individual setting. Together, these therapies empower individuals to achieve a state of balance and harmony, fostering both physical and emotional well-being.
